Responsibilities

Deliver interactive and hands-on STEM lessons, fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Oversee and manage STEM-related tools, materials, and equipment used in instructional activities.

Facilitate student participation, encouraging critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity.

Evaluate student performance through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Adjust teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and address individual student needs.
- Supervise students during practical activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Incorporate technology into STEM lessons, enhancing the learning experience and preparing students for the digital age.
- Stay updated on advancements in STEM fields and attend training sessions to enhance instructional skills.
- Collaborate with other STEM instructors and company staff to enhance the overall STEM program.
- Participate in STEM-related community events and outreach programs to promote interest and awareness.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson plans, and any relevant data.
- Encourage students to apply problem-solving skills to real-world challenges, connecting theoretical knowledge to practical applications.
Must Have

A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics, or education. Advanced degrees are often preferred.

In-depth knowledge of the specific STEM subjects being taught, with a focus on staying updated with advancements.

Prior experience as a STEM instructor or in a related educational role is advantageous.
- Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex STEM concepts to students.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and student abilities.
- Familiarity with the use of technology in education, including interactive tools and digital resources.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to guide students in developing these skills.
- Innovative thinking to design engaging and interactive STEM activities that captivate students' interest.
- Patience in guiding students through challenging concepts and empathy to understand individual learning needs.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to enforce safety measures during practical sessions.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in STEM education.
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and external partners to enhance the overall STEM program.
