Responsibilities
- - Follow up with leads to enhance sales opportunities.
- - Foster relationships with clients to drive increased sales.
- - Oversee the entire process from property listing to closing for a seamless transaction.
- - Attract potential clients to promote new business.
- - Possess local community knowledge.
- - Assess clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose tailored solutions.
- - Execute advanced negotiation processes and close deals.
- - Attend meetings, events, and conduct cold calls.
- - Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within the set schedule.
- - Maintain client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance.
- - Research and recommend new opportunities, suggesting improvements.
- - Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors.
- - Provide post-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- - Ability to work with both individual clients and institutions.
- - Explore and identify new sales opportunities for the company both within and outside Egypt.
Must Have
- - Prior experience in educational sales, especially in STEM education, is advantageous.
- - Bachelor's degree is mandatory, preferably in business, education, or a related field.
- - Skilled in negotiating deals and partnerships that benefit both the company and its clients.
- - Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- - Ability to build and maintain a network within the education sector, including schools, educational institutions, and other relevant organizations.
- - Self-motivated with excellent presentation and leadership skills.
- - Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- - Ability to collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, content development, and technical customer support.
- - Proficiency in the English language.
Nice to have
- - Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage and nurture client relationships, keeping track of interactions, and understanding customer needs, is advantageous.
- - Understanding of the educational landscape, especially in STEM, and staying updated on industry trends.
