ROS

This course introduces students to one of the most powerful frameworks for building and controlling robots. Students learn how ROS provides tools and libraries to handle tasks such as robot perception, motion planning, mapping, and communication between different robot components. They gain hands-on experience in creating nodes, publishing and subscribing to topics, and integrating sensors and actuators within the ROS environment. Through practical projects, students build a strong foundation for developing advanced robotics applications in areas like autonomous navigation, industrial automation.

Image Processing

Students learn how to capture, process, and analyze images using techniques such as filtering, edge detection, color analysis, and object recognition. They explore how image data can be used in real-world applications like robotics, security systems, medical imaging, and AI. Through hands-on projects, students gain practical experience in applying image processing algorithms, building a strong foundation for advanced studies in computer vision and artificial intelligence.

Autonomous mobile Robotics

Students learn how to integrate sensors, cameras, and actuators with ROS, apply computer vision for obstacle detection and recognition, and implement mapping and localization algorithms to enable autonomous navigation. Through practical projects, they gain hands-on experience in building mobile robots that can perceive, map, and interact with their surroundings, preparing them for advanced work in robotics, AI, and automation.
